In this dynamic world, growth is a two-way street, and our coaches are here to assist you in making the right decisions when you encounter crossroads.

  • After submitting your application form, expect to receive an email within 1-2 business days. One of our agents will contact you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation, during which we will discuss the process, payment options, and scheduling with your coaches.

  • Availability, location, and scheduling are key factors, and we value in-person coaching. While our coaches will make every effort to accommodate your preferences, please note that in-person sessions may not be guaranteed.

  • We strongly encourage your active participation, including your salon partners and management, in the sessions. There will be no additional fees for this inclusion.

  • The 1-on-1 sessions are designed to provide customized assistance for a single salon, ensuring a tailored approach to your specific needs.

  • If you are not satisfied you have 14 days from the date after your first session with your coach to email us and request a refund.

  • Certainly! The Level Up GPS program can benefit salon owners and stylists regardless of their location. Our coaching and mentoring services are designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities within the salon industry, and the principles and strategies discussed can be applied internationally. So, no matter where you are located, you can still benefit from our expertise and guidance.
